Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - $2,029 per week in Lexington, KY

Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: CVOR Tech Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of experience required. Must have experience with heart and lung transplants. Level 2 experience required. Level 1 experience preferred. Must have experience with trauma cases. License: Compact or state license required. Certifications: BLS certified. CST preferred. Must-Have: Skills checklist must be submitted. Description: Two years of experience in the specialty is required. Experience with heart and lung transplants is mandatory. Level 2 experience is expected, with Level 1 experience preferred. Experience with trauma cases is essential. BLS certification is required. A skills checklist must be submitted with the application. Local travelers within 100 miles will not be accepted. Candidates must float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities. Return staff policy applies. Candidates will be required to comply with all state licensing regulations. Previous work history at the facility must be disclosed to ensure eligibility for rehire. The facility will not accept any licensure hits. Modules may be required and completed during orientation.
