Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - $2,066 per week in Akron, OH

Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent experience, CVOR experience preferred. License: Permanent Ohio license or compact license required. Certifications: AHA BLS - current and in hand. Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years recent surgical technician experience. - CVOR experience, including scrub for open heart and vascular cases. Description: The role requires a CVOR Certified Surgical Technician. The position involves scrubbing open heart and vascular surgeries, including wired vascular cases. The shifts are day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. On-call requirements include 1-2 shifts during weekdays and 1 weekend call every 6 weeks. Coverage for a working shift on Saturday or Sunday is also required every 6 weeks, typically coordinated with weekend call. There may be a rotation for holiday call if needed. A background check is necessary prior to hiring. Candidates should be knowledgeable about ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate. Compliance with all facility standards and requirements is expected.
