Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - $2,066 per week in Wichita, KS

Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: CST/ORT Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 6 months current CVOR Tech hospital experience License: Current active Kansas licensure Certifications: BLS, NBSTA Certification Must-Have: Candidates must be vascular trained. Candidates without the required skills will not be considered for the role. Description: This position is for a CVOR Tech. The unit specializes in open heart procedures. The facility has 2 heart rooms, with a possibility of a third. The team consists of 4 RNs and 3 CSTs. Typically, the patient ratio is 1:1. The equipment used includes EMR Meditech and CPN. Candidates with prior Meditech experience are preferred. Typical procedures performed include CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR. Ideal candidates will be confident, team players with a positive attitude. Patient experience is prioritized. Communication with staff and providers is essential. On-call duties are required, including 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month. The ECMO program is restarting.
