Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - $2,251 per week in Charlotte, NC

Job Title: CVOR Surgical Tech Profession: Nursing Specialty: CVOR Surgical Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years OR experience in specialty License: Must hold a valid license Certifications: BLS certification required, National certification preferred Must-Have: Completion of an accredited Surgical Tech education program Description: Looking for a qualified CVOR Surgical Tech. The facility features 13 operating rooms and 1 procedure room. The average number of cases performed per day is 45. Experience in specialty is a requirement. A first-time traveler will be accepted. Common procedures include orthopedic surgeries, spinal surgeries, general surgeries, and various gynecologic procedures. CVOR procedures such as CABG, AVR, MVR, and vascular surgeries are also performed. Strong and recent experience with CABG, TAVR, vascular, and thoracic cases is essential. Experience in robotic and general surgeries is beneficial. Support staff within the department includes OR assistants and charge nurses. Technological equipment utilized includes EMR systems and various medical devices. Floating to other units is not specified. Scrub color will be provided.
