CVOR Tech Surgical Services CVOR Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 06:30 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, Level 1 Trauma Center, Vascular, Thoracic (Surgery Cases) License: Must be in hand prior to start date Certifications: BCLS and NBSTSAS Must-Have: Effective experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center. Experience with Vascular and Thoracic surgery cases, including but not limited to: - Receiving pump lines from perfusion and preparing them for cannulation - Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair - Atherectomy - Atrial Septal defect repair - Cardiomyoplasty - Carotid Endarterectomy - Coronary Artery Bypass Graft - Endovascular Aneurysm Repair - Endovascular Aortic Repair - Femoral popliteal bypass graft - Laparoscopic Cardiac Surgery - Mitral valve replacement - Pericardial window - Robotic Assisted Cardiac Surgery - Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement - Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair - Ventricular Assist Device - Heart & Lung Transplant - Valve Replacement - Aortic Dissection Description: This position involves specialized surgical technology in a cardiovascular operating room setting. Travelers with Level 1 Trauma experience are welcome to apply. Call requirement includes 90-120 hours in a 6-week schedule. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to float within the hospital or affiliate facilities is expected. A background check will be conducted prior to hiring. Two supervisor references are required. Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
