Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - $2,379 per week in Tacoma, WA

Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Tech Specialty: Cardio OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Days Hours per Shift: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS Certification, COVID Vaccine Required, Crisis Protocol Approved Must-Have: At least 2 years of cardiac experience Scrubbing experience required Description: COVID vaccine required. Unit has an average of 4 cases per day. Common cases include CABG, TAVR, and minimally invasive and open valve replacements. All staff are required to take call shifts, with a minimum of 10 in a 6-week schedule. Call response time is 30 minutes. Floating requirements exist in the main operating room. Staff must adhere to the dress code; scrubs provided by the facility. Unit-specific orientation is provided. Mandatory call and weekend requirements are in place. Holiday requirements also apply. Cancellation policy allows for the cancellation of up to 4 shifts per assignment. Charting system used is EPIC. BSN is not required. Trauma level is acute care. Position is within the Allied Division. Shifts are 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call and weekend duties mandated.
