Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - $2,389 per week in Washington, DC

Job Title: CVOR Tech Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: CVOR Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour and 3x12-Hour Evening Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a CVOR setting with experience in aseptic technique, case carts, and cardiac and vascular surgical cases. License: Required licensure for the role. Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have: Completion of at least one prior travel assignment. Experience with crash carts and various surgical specialties including general surgery, orthopedic surgery, urology, thoracic surgery, and more. Ability to float to general surgery when there are no cardiac cases. Description: Seeking a CVOR Tech to join our surgical services team. The role involves assisting with various surgical procedures in a CVOR setting. Candidates should have experience in aseptic technique and familiarity with surgical equipment and processes. On-call and weekend requirements are included, with a limitation of six call shifts per six-week schedule and one weekend or holiday shift. Experience with the Da Vinci XI Surgical System and robotic surgery is preferred. The position requires a thorough understanding of surgical protocols and patient safety measures.
