Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our healthcare team in Wisconsin. The Surgical Technologist will work under the direct supervision of the surgeon to ensure a safe and efficient surgical environment. This role is responsible for preparing the operating room, maintaining sterile technique, assisting during surgical procedures, and supporting the surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Ensure all surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are properly sterilized and available.
Assist the surgeon by passing instruments and supplies during procedures.
Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgical procedure.
Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team.
Perform surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and supplies according to facility policy.
Clean and restock the operating room following procedures.
Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines.
