Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Nurse Rounder team. The RN will proactively round on patients, coordinate interdisciplinary care, improve patient satisfaction, ensure quality outcomes, and facilitate effective communication between patients, families, nursing staff, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patient rounds.
• Assess patient needs and address concerns promptly.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote patient safety and quality initiatives.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Kaiser policies and standards.

Requirements

• Active California RN License.
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience.
• BLS Certification.
