Sawgrass Healthcare (A Datson360 Company) is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Hot Springs, South Dakota.

Long Term Care (LTC) RN - Hot Springs, SD
Contract Duration - 13 weeks
Shift - Varied day and evening shifts
Weekly hours - 40 hrs
Responsibilities:
- Assess residents, develop individualized care plans, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy while monitoring for effectiveness and adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure quality resident care.
- Promote resident rights, safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage IV therapy, central lines, catheters, and other clinical procedures as needed.
Requirements:
- Active South Dakota RN license or compact license.
- Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care (LTC) nursing experience.
- BLS
- Experience with IV therapy, medication administration, and resident assessments.
