Key Responsibilities
Assist clients throughout the travel planning and booking process
Gather information regarding traveler preferences, interests, budgets, and vacation goals
Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation options, excursions, and activities
Present travel options and recommendations tailored to individual client needs
Help coordinate reservations, trip components, and itinerary details
Provide travelers with confirmations, travel schedules, documentation, and important updates
Support clients with travel changes, special accommodations, and service-related requests
Verify travel information and booking details for accuracy and completeness
Monitor upcoming trips and assist with completing final travel preparations
Maintain organized client records, communication logs, and trip documentation within company systems
Utilize supplier resources, company tools, and training materials to support traveler needs
