2–3+ years nursing experience
LTC/SNF experience required
Previous supervisory/leadership experience
Knowledge of CMS/state regulations & survey readiness
Experience with staff management, care plans, QAPI & infection control
BLS/CPR certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
