Job Title: Clinical Lab Scientist (Generalist)
Overview:
Marin Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lab Scientist (Generalist) to join our dynamic laboratory team. In this pivotal role, you will perform a wide range of diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate and timely results to support exceptional patient care. This opportunity offers a stable schedule of four 10-hour days with rotating weekends, perfect for dedicated professionals seeking a balanced and impactful career.
Required Skills:
- Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license or equivalent
- Certification from ASCP or HEW required
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality control
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with healthcare teams
Pay: $40/hr plus a $1,000 weekly stipend ($2,600 gross weekly)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- Previous experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Generalist in a hospital or diagnostic setting
Other Requirements:
- Must hold a valid California CLS license (required)
- Shift: four 10-hour days, rotating weekends
- No travel required
