Travel Clinical Laboratory Scientist

Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Scientist – Night Shift, 7/7 Schedule

Overview:
Join our team as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist and play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely lab results that impact patient care. This rewarding night shift position offers a distinctive 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, providing excellent work-life balance. As a CLS Generalist with blood bank experience, you'll utilize your expertise in a dynamic hospital setting, ensuring high-quality laboratory operations and patient safety every night.

Pay Package:

• $30/hr
• $44/hr OT
• $2,200 weekly gross
• $250 mobility bonus (first week)

Required Skills:

• Current California CLS or MLS license
• Blood bank experience required
• CLS generalist proficiency
• Ability to perform blood banking procedures accurately and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with laboratory safety standards and protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
• Prior experience working in clinical laboratory environments, especially in hospital settings
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts on a consistent schedule

Other Requirements:

• Must have TB clearance completed within the past 12 months
• Flexibility to work 7 consecutive nights followed by 7 days off
