Description
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Educator for a travel nursing job in Hermiston, Oregon.
Job Description & Requirements

Required Certifications & Licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS/Healthcare Provider CPR)
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Equivalent experience and national certifications may be considered in lieu of a BSN with approval from the Vice President of Nursing and a commitment to obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) strongly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hospital nursing experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience required.
- Experience with computer applications, word processing, and internet use required.
- Experience developing and delivering clinical education programs preferred.
- Experience teaching adult learners and evaluating learning outcomes preferred.
- Experience using simulation manikins and simulation software preferred.
- Previous experience as a Clinical Staff Educator preferred.
