Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Travel Assignment
Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 3x12 Schedule (36 Hours/Week)
13-Week Contract | Akron, Colorado

Connected Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Akron, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated CNA who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while gaining valuable travel experience.

Position Details

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)
• Shift: Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Location: Akron, Colorado
• Assignment Type: Travel Contract

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Measure and accurately document vital signs.
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current and active Colorado CNA certification (or eligibility to work in Colorado).
• Minimum of 1 year of travel CNA experience required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
