Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Travel Assignment
Night Shift | 6:00 PM 6:00 AM | 3x12 Schedule (36 Hours/Week)

Connected Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment with one of our trusted healthcare partners in Akron, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated CNA who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while gaining valuable travel experience.
Position Details
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)
- Shift: Nights (6:00 PM 6:00 AM)
- Location: Akron, Colorado
- Assignment Type: Travel Contract
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Measure and accurately document vital signs.
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Current and active Colorado CNA certification (or eligibility to work in Colorado).
- Minimum of 1 year of travel CNA experience required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
