Role Overview
Are you passionate about travel, digital content, and helping others plan incredible vacations? We're expanding our remote team and looking for creative, motivated individuals to join us as Travel Content & Booking Specialist.
In this flexible entry-level position, you'll help inspire travelers by sharing destination ideas and travel information while also assisting clients with planning and booking personalized vacations. You'll gain experience creating engaging travel content, coordinating reservations, and delivering outstanding customer service for everything from all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations, romantic getaways, luxury escapes, and international adventures.
No previous travel industry experience is required. We provide complete training, ongoing mentorship, and the professional resources needed to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and share engaging travel-related content across digital platforms
- Connect with prospective travelers to learn about their vacation interests and goals
- Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
- Recommend travel experiences that align with each client's preferences and budget
- Coordinate accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other travel services
- Assist clients from their initial inquiry through the reservation process
- Communicate professionally through phone, email, social media, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
- Work with preferred travel suppliers to confirm bookings and reservation details
- Review itineraries, travel confirmations, and booking information for accuracy
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel arrangements
- Stay informed about destination trends, supplier promotions, and new travel opportunities
- Deliver exceptional support before, during, and after each client's trip
Qualifications
- Interest in travel, content creation, marketing, customer service, hospitality, or sales
- Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills
- Comfortable creating online content and engaging with clients through social media
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking abilities
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring regions
