Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certifications Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, CPR certification, First Aid certification
  • Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of recent CNA experience in a long-term care setting, experience working evening shifts, familiarity with EMR systems
  • Other Requirements: Must be local to the area, able to work evenings from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, physically capable of performing patient care, strong communication skills, reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide quality patient care to residents in the long-term care facility, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Monitor and document patient health status accurately in the EMR system, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  • Assist with mobility and transfer of residents, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control procedures and facility policies.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
