Position Overview

Connected Health is seeking an experienced Travel LPN for one of our valued partner facilities in Akron, Colorado. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys travel assignments and is comfortable working in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.

The facility is currently looking for coverage on either day or night shifts, with a consistent 3x12-hour schedule and rotating weekend requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
• Skilled Nursing/LTC experience preferred
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Ability to work rotating weekends
• Strong clinical skills and a team-oriented approach
• Reliable, adaptable, and ready to step into a travel assignment
