Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Local Travel LVN for a 13-week contract at a respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Loyalton, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) looking to expand their experience in a supportive healthcare setting while earning competitive pay.
Job Description:
Provide high-quality patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as needed.
Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
Collaborate with RNs and other medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding patient care.
Education & Certification Requirements:
Active LVN license in the state of California.
Minimum 1 year of LVN experience (SNF experience preferred).
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs.
