Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Compensation: Up to $1,900/week
Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients daily living and functional skills
Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment use
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active COTA license in the state of Illinois (or compact eligibility if applicable)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Previous hospital or acute care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
