Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent professional nursing degree

Certifications Requirements:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year of Labor and Delivery (L&D) experience in a hospital setting
• Demonstrated competence in fetal monitoring and obstetric care
• Proven ability to work across multiple shifts in a high-volume unit

Other Requirements:

• Valid RN license, with compact license eligibility for North Carolina
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
• Ability to quickly adapt to facility protocols and interdisciplinary teams

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress, interventions, and clinical outcomes accurately and timely
