This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) looking to expand their experience in a supportive healthcare setting while earning competitive pay.
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as needed.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
- Collaborate with RNs and other medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding patient care.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Active LVN license in the state of California.
- Minimum 1 year of LVN experience (SNF experience preferred).
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs.
