Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Coordinator. Prior experience within the travel industry is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Corresponds with clients and provides suggestions via web, emails and phone calls.
Makes travel arrangements such as Tours, air tickets, cruises, and hotels for customers including agencies.
Handles customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintains and develops customer base by suggesting products and services which meet and exceed client expectations.
Maintains accurate records of all travel reservations.
Stays up-to-date on travel industry trends and developments.
Qualifications
Speaks, reads and writes Japanese language.
Long-term legal work authorization in the United States
Possesses 1+ years of experience in the travel industry
GDS(such as Sabre, Amadeus etc.) experience is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
Normal business hours between 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
May be required to work after normal business hours and weekends.
