**Join Our Dynamic HI- Critical Care Float Pool Team!** Job Description: - **Exciting Opportunity** for experienced ER and ICU Nurses looking for a dynamic role! - Provide **primary care** for patients in the **ER** and **ICU**. - Flexibility to float to other nursing units as needed to support the team. - Responsibilities include: - **Expediting** patient care on various floors. - **Sitting with patients** to ensure their comfort and safety. - Assisting with **transport** of patients as necessary. - **Telemetry monitoring** for stable and fluctuating conditions. - Being an essential member of the **rapid response** and **code blue** teams. - Shift Details: - **12-hour shifts** during evenings and nights. - Full-time commitment of **72-80 hours** per 2 weeks. - **Minimum Experience Required:** - **2 years** in ER and ICU settings. - **Certifications Needed:** - **ACLS** - **BLS/BCLS** - **PALS** Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
