Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care in PICU, NICU, and CICU settings, floating primarily to critical care and acute care floors.
• Conduct 1:1 patient observation assignments and ensure rigorous monitoring of patients' conditions.
• Flexibly float to North and South Campuses as part of the Critical Care Float Team.
• Deliver care according to established protocols for pediatric acute care environments.
• Adhere to facility scheduling requirements, including shifts and weekend rotations.
• Comply with all facility policies, including vaccination requirements and exemption processing.

Qualifications

• BSN required with a valid Colorado RN License.
• Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Critical Care experience; prior travel experience required.
• BLS, PALS (AHA), and ACLS (AHA) certifications required; NRP certification preferred.
• Prior float team experience preferred; ICU experience is essential.
• Willingness to be part of the Critical Care Float Team and adapt to various campus locations.
• Ability to work every third weekend and adhere to assignment shift requirements.
