Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU float pool position requiring 2 years of critical care experience and at least one prior travel assignment.

Details

• Critical care float pool position covering overflow MICU/SICU and other ICU/IMC areas across the facility
• Assigned out of the central staffing office to cover ICU/IMC boarders as needed
• Day shift (3x12 hours, 7:00-19:30) and night shift (3x12 hours, 19:00-7:30) options available
• Rotating 36/48 hour A/P schedule with every other weekend (EOW) required
• Holiday coverage required as needed

Requirements

• Active DC RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU/critical care nursing experience required
• At least 1 previous travel assignment required
• BSN credential must be clearly indicated if applicable

Additional Information

• Nurse will float across various ICU and IMC units as needed to support patient care demands
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
