Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Description:
Join our Critical Care Float Pool for weekend Day shifts with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity, including:
• Neuro ICU
• Surgical ICUs
• Medical ICUs (MICU x2)
• Cardiology/Diagnostics
• CVICU
• SICU / MICU / NCCU
Float Policy:
Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS – Required
• Proficiency with EPIC – Required
• Must have:
o IV Start
o Telemetry
o Ventilator management experience
Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred

    Care of Ventilated Patient

    High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)

    Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)

    Suctioning (ETT, NT)

    Ventilator Management

    Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)*

    Medical Intensive Care Unit

    Neuro Intensive Care Unit

    Surgical Intensive Care Unit
