Job Description: CRNA - Eastern Washington
We are seeking approximately five Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the team at our eastern Washington State client. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-volume, high-acuity surgical program in a fast-paced environment where providers will be actively engaged in procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia care in a busy surgical setting.

• Maintain ongoing communication with the surgical team and patients.

• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the anesthesia process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three shifts per week, with 8-12 hour days scheduled based on procedures.

• Flexibility is appreciated, but availability every week is mandatory.

• No week-on/week-off or piecemeal schedules are permitted.

• Ongoing availability for at least six months is preferred.

• Providers may be assigned shifts at a satellite facility 15 minutes away.

Compensation:

• $225/ hr, but open for negotiation

• Overtime (OT) will be compensated after a 40-hour work week, not after an 8-hour day.

• Please note that guaranteed hours are not available at this facility.
