Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

• Completion of accredited surgical technologist program or equivalent education

Certifications Requirements:

• NBSTSA certification strongly preferred
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a surgical technologist

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work Day Shift from 8 am to 5 pm
• Must be able to work weekend shifts every other third weekend
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

• Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate efficient and effective operative procedures, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical activities, supplies, and equipment used during procedures.
• Assist in patient positioning and preparation prior to surgery to ensure comfort and safety.
• Execute post-operative tasks such as cleaning and sterilizing instruments and managing supplies for upcoming procedures.
