Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:00 - 06:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 3 years License: Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology Certifications: ARRT (R) required, ARRT (CT) preferred Must-Have Skills/Experience: CT scanning skills for CT procedures, including all routine work: CT Brain, Spine, Chest, Abdomen/Pelvis, Extremities, Trauma, CTA Brain, CTA Neck, CTA Abdomen/Pelvis, CTA Chest, and venipuncture skills. Description: Provides care to a diverse patient population. Accredited by the Joint Commission. Offers a wide range of surgical services, including various specialties. Unit has 300 beds. Utilizes GE Revolution EVO for imaging. Supervisor of the unit will oversee daily operations. Positions must be filled to maintain optimal patient care and safety. Must have friendly demeanor with a focus on patient satisfaction. Current staff exhibit a friendly and easy-going attitude. Excellent hygiene is required for all team members. Preferred experience includes trauma care. Ability to perform multiple exams on the same patient in a timely manner is essential. Common diagnoses include CVA, PE, fractures, appendicitis, pneumonia, and COPD.
