Job Opportunity – Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer – Petaluma, CA 94954

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Petaluma, California

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM), 13-week assignment. Weekend coverage required. Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Highlights:

• Work with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Epic charting system experience utilized
• 40 hours of orientation provided
• Opportunity to work with advanced cardiac imaging technology

Requirements:

• RDCS or RCS national certification (required)
• BLS certification required
• ARRT Sonography, ARDMS, or CCI certification required
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer
• At least 1 year of recent experience required
• Proficiency in TEE, Watchman procedures, mitral clips, and bubble studies required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital and Trauma Level I experience required; Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Valid state license (compact license accepted)
• Clean background check required
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
