Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Profession: Radiology Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Weekend days and weekday midshift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of radiologic/imaging experience preferred License: CT Registered Technologist: Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists; ARRT(R)(CT) Certifications: Current BLS certification Must-Have: Ability to work independently Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Specific experience and training in CT preferred Description: This role requires the ability to work independently. The facility has a GE 64-slice CT scanner and Siemens radiology equipment. The work schedule includes weekend days from 07:00 to 19:00 and weekday midshifts from 16:30 to 02:30 on days to be determined. Preferred qualifications include graduation from a school of Radiologic Technology, either college-affiliated or hospital-trained. For Non-Registered Technologists, they must be ARRT(R) and complete the educational, required training hours, and exam types to apply and receive state certification exemption. They must complete and pass the ARRT CT registry within two years of receiving the exemption.
