Job Opportunity – Mammography Technologist – Napa, CA 94558Start Date: August 10, 2026
Location: Napa Valley region, Northern California
Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (08:00 - 18:00), 13-week assignment. Daily census approximately 35 patients in a 2-room department serving adult and geriatric populations.
Highlights:- Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams in a well-established imaging department
- Work with advanced digital and 3-D mammography technology including Hologic equipment
- Opportunity to utilize Epic charting system in a modern healthcare setting
- Biopsy procedures and needle localization experience preferred but not required
- Two pre-approved time-off periods available during assignment
- May have the opportunity to work at affiliate facilities in the region
Requirements:- Valid California Radiologic Technologist license required prior to submission
- ARRT (R) certification and BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of mammography experience required
- Epic charting system experience strongly preferred
- Skills in 3-D mammography, diagnostic and screening mammograms, digital mammography, and PACS required
- Experience with fine needle aspiration, needle localizations, stereotactic biopsy, and outpatient settings preferred
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required
- Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
