Travel CT Tech - $2,281 to $2,481 per week in Dyer, IN

Become a vital part of a hospital radiology team in Dyer, IN as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast agents per protocol, operate CT scanners, prepare patients for CT procedures, and maintain patient imaging records.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience required; 2 years preferred.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology preferred.
• Experience operating CT equipment from vendors such as Canon, GE, or United is preferred.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record preferred.
• Ability to prepare patients for CT procedures, perform CT exams, and maintain imaging records.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years of CT technologist experience preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and teamwork in a clinical setting preferred.

Assignment Details

• Rotating shifts with every other weekend.
• Typical shift patterns are mostly 8:00 AM–6:00 PM with occasional rotations to 6:00 AM–4:00 PM or 12:00 PM–10:00 PM.
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 40.
• Float requirements: not required.
