Become a vital part of a hospital team in Sterling, CO as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will perform prescribed CT and related imaging procedures, operate CT equipment, administer contrast per physician orders, produce high-quality diagnostic images, perform equipment quality control, and contribute to efficient department workflow and patient safety.
Minimum Requirements:
- Certification: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration in Radiology and Computed Tomography required. Candidates must maintain any additional modality certifications applicable to assigned duties.
- Education: Certificate or diploma from an accredited Radiologic Technology program or completion of a JRCERT-accredited program in Radiology.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience. Must be actively working in each certified modality as required by the facility.
- BLS: Current Basic Life Support certification required.
- Ability to perform equipment quality control, troubleshoot imaging equipment, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 75 pounds as needed), and communicate effectively in a clinical environment.
- Must be able to rotate and cover department scheduling as needed. Floating to other facilities may be required per client staffing needs.
- Preferred: Additional related education or multi-modality certifications (DEXA, Mammography, Breast Sonography, Angiography) are preferred but not required.
