Description:
The position requires a CT Tech for three 12-hour shifts on weekends.
The working hours are from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Experience in cardiac, stroke, and trauma cases is essential.
Candidates should have a background in adult acute care and outpatient services.
Experience with various imaging techniques including abdomen, chest, head, lumbar, and thoracic is required.
Familiarity with charting systems is mandatory.
The tech will be responsible for the preparation and administration of contrast media.
Proficiency in starting peripheral IVs is also necessary.
The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams and respiratory services.
Candidates should have experience with PACS and should be comfortable floating to other units as needed.
Must comply with the facility's policies regarding vaccination.
Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
