Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year required License: Active license required Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS Must-Have: Siemens experience, Procedural experience, EPIC experience Description: Seeking a CT Tech for a 12-hour day shift. The position requires strong experience in CT imaging. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling. There is a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences. Candidates must comply with all immunization requirements. BLS and ARRT certifications are required. Experience with Siemens equipment is required. Procedural experience with iSTATs and Power Ports is also needed. Familiarity with the EPIC charting system is mandatory. Candidates will perform various procedures, including biopsies and aspirations. Strong radiation safety practices must be observed. The patient population includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census averages around 105 patients. There are 3 imaging rooms available. Excellent interdisciplinary support is provided. Candidates should be capable of preparing and administering contrast media. Flexibility for weekend shifts may be required. Compliance with specific pre-employment processes is necessary. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
