Job Opportunity – Mammography Technologist – Eureka, CA 95501

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Eureka, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:30), 13-week assignment with 40 hours of orientation

Highlights:

• Perform mammography screenings, diagnostic exams, and stereotactic biopsies in a community healthcare setting
• Work with advanced imaging technology including Hologic 3D mammography systems and digital quality assurance procedures

• One pre-approved time off period available during assignment
• Comprehensive orientation program to ensure successful integration

Requirements:

• Active California state license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of mammography experience required
• Previous travel healthcare experience required
• Proficiency with digital mammography, 3-D mammography, and Hologic 3D systems
• Experience with diagnostic mammograms, screening mammograms, fine needle aspiration, needle localizations, and stereotactic biopsy procedures
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• PACS and Synapse/Hologic system experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
