Job Details:
**Radiology/CT Tech Position Requirements:** - **Years of Experience Required:** 2 - **Certifications Required:** BLS, ARRT R, LRT- State of KS, ARRT CT* - **Skills Required:** - Adult Acute Care - Adult Outpatient - Emergency Department - GE - PACS - 3D rendering (Maximum intensity projection, Surface shaded displays, Volume rendering) - Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) - Region of interest measurement (ROI) - Isolation Precautions/PPE - Preparation and/or administration of contrast media - Radiation Safety - Starting Peripheral IVs - Trauma head - Additional imaging studies including Abdomen, Pelvis, Chest, Vascular chest, Carotid, Head, Sinuses, Soft tissue neck, Cervical, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Thoracic - **Charting System Experience Required:** EPIC - **Travel Experience Required:** Yes - **Community Hospital Experience:** Preferred **Additional Details:** - **Weekend Requirement:** Yes, every other weekend - **On-call Required:** Yes, to fit department needs and openings - **Floating Requirement:** Yes, within 3 main Community Hospital sites for call (Leawood, Legends, and Roeland Park) - **Local Candidates:** Not accepted within a 75-mile radius - **License:** Must have both Kansas and Missouri or compact in hand at time of submission - **Pending License:** Not accepted - **Flu Vaccine:** Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only *Please note special procedures/emphasis on certain imaging studies, charting system proficiency, and the necessity of specific certifications such as ARRT CT.*
