### RTO after booking is NOT allowed and is NOT allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR ### REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years Traveler Experience: Unit will accept 1st time traveler Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: GE, PACS, Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Colorectal studies (rectal contrast), Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Chest without and/or with contrast, Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), Carotid, Head without and/or with contrast, Sinuses, Soft tissue neck, trauma head, 3D rendering (Maximum intensity projection, Surface shaded displays, Volume rendering), Region of interest measurement (ROI), Isolation Precautions/PPE, Radiation Safety, Starting Peripheral IV s, Venipuncture, Brain perfusion, Cervical, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Thoracic Certs: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS JOB DETAILS: Traveler will be required to do CT and X-Ray; may only see 6-10 exams per shift Avg Daily Census: 30 Visits/Day: 15 Beds: 30 SHIFT: 4x10 NIGHTS 21:00-7:00 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Will Accept 13 Weeks. Call Requirement: None Float Requirement: None Weekend Requirement: None PATIENT DIAGNOSES: infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Low volume critical access hospital in the mountains. CT technologist must be able to perform x-rays as well unassisted. UNIT SYSTEMS: Meditech, unit will train on this if no experience. CT technologist must be able to perform x-rays as well unassisted. Special Equipment : - #Tier2 Travel Compliance Candidate must go into the lab within 48 hours after signing. All testing must be completed within 48 hours. Submission Process : All units are utilizing Clinical for direct profile review Submission Details : Former Novant/New Hanover employees (PERM/PRN/EP) must wait 12 months before applying. Disclosure required (with hospital name/dates employed) at submission; facility approval needed. Current travel Per Diem clinicians aren't eligible for travel contracts they must choose one. Include status and intent in the submission. Local candidates ( 50 miles) : Lower rate applies. RTO : Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays). Must work 2 of 3 major holidays. No RTO during first week. All RTO must be pre-approved. Cannot request additional RTO after signing. NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal. Floating: Candidates must be open to floating within/near facility per job description. Travel pairs : Allowed (must be on different units and disclosed). Charting : See job description.
