Job Opportunity – Interventional Radiology Technologist – Albuquerque, NM 87102Start Date: August 3, 2026
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:30 - 16:00), 91-day assignment. Call and weekend coverage required. 36-hour orientation provided.
Highlights:- Work in a comprehensive interventional radiology department performing advanced procedures including TIPS, paracentesis, thoracentesis, liver biopsies, port placements, and embolizations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
- Utilize modern equipment including power injectors and 3D imaging technology
- Serve adult and geriatric patient populations in a dynamic interventional radiology setting
- First-time travelers welcome; gain valuable experience in a supportive environment
- Floating to like units within scope may be required based on facility needs
Requirements:- ARRT (R) certification required
- New Mexico state license required (pending license accepted, must be obtained prior to start date)
- BLS certification required
- Fluoroscopy permit required
- Two years of interventional radiology experience preferred
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
