Travel CT Tech - $2,430 to $2,630 per week in Albany, NY

Become a vital part of a hospital team in Albany, NY as an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. You will perform CT procedures, administer contrast materials, operate CT equipment, support trauma and emergency imaging, assist with CT-guided procedures, and contribute to teaching and quality improvement in a Level I Trauma and academic medical center.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved two-year AMA Radiologic Technology program or equivalent educational credential.
• New York State Registration in Diagnostic Radiography or possession of a limited permit to practice in New York.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration in CT or Diagnostic Radiography.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider, CPR, or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification.
• Ability to perform CT exams for outpatients, inpatients (including ICU), trauma and emergency patients, research participants, and CT-guided procedures.
• Familiarity with radiation safety practices consistent with New York State Department of Health code part 16.
• Entry level considered; MIT level will be assigned based on skill set and experience.
