Job Title: Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Computed Tomography (CT) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Saturday and Sunday 12hr shifts, 1 day per week Hours per Shift: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM Experience: 1-2 years of current CT/X-ray Tech experience in a hospital setting License: Vermont license required (must apply within 24 hours of offer acceptance) Certifications: ARRT(R) (CT) Certification, Active American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. Traveler's permanent address must be included in the profile. Requests for time off must be included in the profile. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Description: This is a CT/X-ray need. The Radiology Department provides routine and specialized imaging procedures. Services are available for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients. The department offers CT services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Equipment includes Canon DR Radrex and GE Fluoro Units. The Radiology Information System used is InfinittEMR and the EMR system is CPSI. This position requires a strong focus on providing quality imaging and patient care. Compliance with all regulations and standards is essential. Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with scheduling is necessary, and requests for time off will not be approved after submission. Two supervisory signed references from within the past two years of employment are required. Ability to perform diagnostic imaging procedures efficiently is crucial. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
