Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 3+ years License: CT Registry, BLS (from AHA only) Certifications: None required, preferred certifications acceptable Must-Have Skills/Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CT. Description: Provide diagnostic C.T. scans for interpretation by the radiologist or performing physician in the execution of interventional and special procedures. Assist the radiologist in the performance of special C.T. procedures. Deliver essential patient care for all procedures. Ability to be on call if needed. Apply principles of radiation safety. Organize the daily schedule. Serve as a dedicated resource to the CT team during the shift. Work with a variety of patients and adapt to different personalities. Dress code requires black scrubs. All travelers must be available for orientation during the week.
