Job Opportunity – Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Tech – Eureka, CA 95501

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Northern California coastal region

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), 13-week assignment. On-call required. Weekend coverage required throughout contract. Traveler must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).

  • Float capability required within hospital and to nearby affiliate facilities
Requirements:
  • Active California Radiologic Technologist License (must be valid at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted)
  • ARRT (R) certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • Fluoroscopy competency required
  • Minimum 1 year of radiologic technology experience
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • Community hospital experience required; Trauma Level I experience preferred
  • Proficiency in routine imaging procedures including chest, abdomen, extremities, spine series, portable imaging, and C-Arm procedures
  • IV start capability preferred; contrast media preparation and administration experience preferred
  • Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
  • Must provide requested time off at submission; no additional RTO accommodated after
  • 50-mile radius rule applies for local candidates
