Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 Year Required License: WA or Compact License Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT-CT, ARRT-R Must-Have: Experience with GE equipment within the last year. Efficient experience with stroke protocol required. Description: CT Tech position available for a 13-week assignment. The shift is days, consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30. Weekend coverage is required. On-call duties may be necessary. The traveler must float between emergency room and main CT. Guaranteed hours are set at 60 hours per 2 weeks. The traveler may be called off for one shift every two weeks. At least one year of experience is required to apply for this position. New travelers are welcome to apply with a minimum of two years of experience. BLS and ARRT certifications in CT and R are mandatory. Candidates should have specific skills in 3D rendering, abdominal scans, and various CT protocols. Experience with pediatric, trauma, and acute care settings is preferred. Charting experience with an electronic health record system is necessary. The facility is a Level II trauma center. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their experience with GE equipment and stroke protocols. Local candidates are not eligible for this position. All travelers are expected to float within their skill set across various like units.
