Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:00 - 06:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required. License: ARRT-CT required by time of submission. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: COVID Vaccine is optional. Travelers must have experience scanning on Siemens scanners. Shift assignments may vary based on departmental needs. Description: No locals within a 100-mile radius will be accepted. Candidates must upload their COVID vaccine series or decline if not vaccinated. Shifts may include both weekdays and weekends. All candidates must be CT certified. Experience with various CT procedures is preferred, including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, aspirations/biopsies, brain perfusion, colonography, CT arthrography, myelography, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction. Preferred experience in a Level I Trauma Center is requested. Must be able to work weekday night 12-hour and weekend day and night shifts on call. A maximum of 7 days of requested time off is preferred. Local licenses may be accepted pending verification. Individuals with a break of 6 months after four consecutive assignments or one year of contracted work are required. Monitoring guidelines for COVID-19 are in place, with a flu vaccine required. Travelers should be prepared for potential on-call requirements and different scheduling patterns each week. Additional experience in pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient care is beneficial. The ability to float within the facility is not required. Travelers should possess experience with soft skills and patient-focused care.
