Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: CT Technologist (Computed Tomography) Specialty: CT/XRay Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: All Days Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiology preferred. License: Current ARRT registry required. Washington State certification required for at least two specialties, one of which must be bone density, CT, quality management, special procedures, or mammography. Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have: Two years of experience in radiology preferred. One year of experience in a secondary specialty preferred. Thorough knowledge of specialty theory and application, including concepts, procedures, safety precautions, and effects. Demonstrated skill and ability to perform high-quality procedures in the relevant imaging modality/modalities. Experience or knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy preferred for CT and MRI specialties. Two years of experience in mammography imaging and diagnostic procedures preferred. Experience with electronic patient information systems and/or mammography tracking systems preferred. Have or be able to obtain and maintain BLS certification. Description: Unit notes regarding the position are available upon request. Candidates must possess thorough knowledge of specialty theory and application. They should demonstrate the skill to perform high-quality procedures in relevant imaging modalities.
